This matter is before the court on Defendant Marriott International, Inc.’s (“Defendant” or “Marriott”) Motion for Summary Judgment. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B), this matter was referred to United States Magistrate Judge Robert S. Carr, who created a report and recommendation (“the R & R”). The Magistrate Judge recommended that Defendant’s motion for summary judgment be granted as to Plaintiffs state law claims, and that this case be dismissed.
