This is a traffic violation case in which defendant was found guilty of violating the maximum urban speed limit. ORS 811.123. The charge was made in a traffic citation issued as a result of a “photo radar” surveillance in northeast Portland, during which the car that defendant is accused of driving was photographed while exceeding the posted speed limit by 11 miles per hour.
