Pending before the Court is Defendant’s, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “Pfizer” or “Defendant”), Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 27), which Plaintiff Juan Alamo Rodriguez (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff” or “Alamo”) duly opposed (Docket No. 35).
