MEMORANDUM OPINION
GOLDEN, District Judge.
Plaintiff Jose L. Casillas appeals Defendant Social Security Administration’s (“SSA”) denial of his application for both disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) and supplemental security income (“SSI”). The Magistrate Judge issued a comprehensive 31-page Report and Recommendation (“R & R”) upholding the SSA’s findings. Plaintiff filed objections to the R & R which are nearly identical to the arguments made before the Magistrate Judge.
