This is an appeal from a judgment on a writ of attachment execution directed against a devise in a will in the hands of the executor and trustee.

The facts are: On October 27, 1937, the Overbrook Heights Building & Loan Association, successor to and merged with the Ernest Building & Loan Association, the plaintiff-appellee (hereinafter referred to as the association), entered a judgment upon a bond and warrant of attorney against Edgar M.
