There is an important legal question to be passed upon in these appeals. We will first settle it and having done this will apply the principle announced to those facts of the controversy to which it is pertinent and then take up the other questions.

The proceeding is an attachment execution. From the judgment entered both the plaintiffs and the garnishee appeal. The vital legal point at issue is this: Does an attachment execution bind all funds of the defendant coming into the hands of the garnishee up until the time of trial or does it grasp only those received…
