ATLEE, Judge.
On May 7, 2014, a judge convicted Ryan Austin Collins (hereinafter “appellant”) for receiving stolen goods. The court sentenced him to three years in prison, with all but two months suspended. Appellant argues that the trial court erred in two respects. First, appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence related to the stolen motorcycle because law enforcement obtained the evidence through an illegal search, in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
