BOWNES, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiffs in this employment discrimination action are sixteen black employees of defendant Delta Air Lines (Delta) who seek preliminary injunctive relief against changes in their employment status, claiming racial discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. In addition, ten of the plaintiffs allege violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq.
