Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered August 8, 1984, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of burglary in the third degree.

Defendant was indicted on or about August 6, 1981 and arraigned on August 18, 1981 for burglary in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, allegedly occurring on June 9 and 10, 1981 in Ulster County.
