Doru Staneu appeals the decision of the district court to grant a Fed.R.Civ.P. 50 motion for judgment as a matter of law. In effect, this decision overturned a jury verdict awarding Staneu damages in his anti-retalia tion claim, pursued against Central Apartment Management, Inc. d/b/a Gables Residential Services (“Gables”), under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3(a). We hold that the conduct Stancu complains of did not constitute an “ultimate employment decision.” We therefore affirm.
