The court having been directed by order of the Supreme Court to make findings of fact relative to some matters not included in the findings heretofore made upon which the court’s decision was based, additional findings have been made.

The rules of the court, as well as orderly procedure, are so frequently overlooked or ignored by parties that we take occasion to quote the rules, and because of the reasons assigned for the motion to remand this case the court feels justified in making a statement from the record of its course through this court.
