MEMORANDUM OPINION

SPARKS, District Judge.

Plaintiff Lauritz A. Williams (“Williams”) filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order on June 2,1992, requesting this Court to require the Austin Independent School District (“AISD”) to allow his son, Lauritz A. Williams, Jr., (“Williams, Jr.”) to participate in the McCallum High School Graduation Ceremony on June 3, 1992.
