This action originated in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, Alabama, sitting in equity, being a statutory proceeding under Section 105, Title 10, Code of Alabama 1940, for the dissolution of a corporation, the owners of two-thirds of the common stock consenting and joining as plaintiffs and the owner of less than one-third of the *564stock being the defendant.
