The Western Union Telegraph Co., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, filed its petition in the Circuit Court of Knox County, Tennessee, a county within this division of the Eastern District of Tennessee, against the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Co., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kentucky, the Central Trust Company of New York, the New York Trust Co. of New York, and the United States Trust Co. of New York, corporations organized under the laws of the State of New York.
