In this application for an order to show cause for a trust accounting pursuant to article 79 of the Civil Practice Act, the questions to be determined are, to whom, and in what manner, and when, notice of the proceeding shall be given. Issues as to the validity of the trust and its final construction may be determined when all the necessary parties are before the court.
