THIS IS the next, and hopefully the last, round in the above-captioned adversary proceeding instituted by St. Petersburg Hotel Associates, Ltd. (Associates) by a Complaint which sought injunctive relief against Royal Trust Bank of St. Petersburg (Royal Trust), the Defendant named in the proceeding.
