MEMORANDUM OPINION
CUMMINGS, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (“FSLIC”), as receiver for First Savings and Loan Association of Burkburnett, Texas, a state-chartered savings institution, moves the Court to reconsider an order dismissing the case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The plaintiff argues that the Court has subject matter jurisdiction under 12 U.S.C. § 1730(k)(l)(A).
