On April 10, 1915, the defendant in error, S. G. Wood, plaintiff below, filed an original action in the district court of Carter county, Okla., against plaintiff in error, Etta Wood, now Freeman, defendant below, for an absolute divorce and custody of a minor child, Margaret Wood, then eight years of age. The .parties will be hereinafter designated as they appeared in the court below.
