SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.
Ronald Bacon appeals the dismissal of his breach-of-contract and fraudulent-misrepresentation claims against Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Liberty Mutual”) on the ground of forum non conveniens. We reverse and remand.

Bacon’s suit against Liberty Mutual arises out of the settlement of a personal injury lawsuit against Ridgetop Holdings, Inc. (“Ridgetop”), the parent company of Bacon’s employer, Davis Erection Company, Inc. (“Davis Erection”).
