OPINION
TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Justice.
Relator Katherine Kelso has filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this court to vacate the trial court’s temporary orders (1) making her child’s paternal grandparents, Rachel and Kurt Connor, joint managing conservators of the child along with her and (2) restricting the child’s residence to Hood County. Because the evidence presented at the temporary orders hearing fails to show that the Connors had actual care, control, and possession of the child for six consecutive months ending not more than ninety days before filing their petition, we hold that…
