This is an appeal from an April 7, 2011 Nunc Pro Tunc Order in Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship. The order was entered after the parties entered into a Mediated Settlement Agreement. The appellant, “Margaret,” is the biological mother of the two children who are the subject of the order. Appellee, “Michael,” is the step-father of both children. In the order, the trial court appointed Michael and Margaret as joint managing conservators of the children. In a single issue on appeal, Margaret asserts the trial court lacked subject-matter…
