LIPEZ, Circuit Judge.
Jake Crooker was charged with possession of firearms and ammunition by an unlawful user of a controlled substance, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3), and possession of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 844. After a jury trial, Crooker was convicted of possession of marijuana and fined $4000. He now appeals the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress statements and evidence recovered during the July 15, 2004, search of 62 Joseph Avenue in Westfield, Massachusetts, where he resided with his parents and brothers.
