This is an appeal from the judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County in favor of appellants, Margaret Carroll, John B. Carroll and Brian Carroll, and against appellees, Herbert G. Kephart and Rosalie E. Kephart. On appeal, appellants present the following questions for our review:
