MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AFTER TRIAL OF ADVERSARY PROCEEDING
SHERI BLUEBOND, Bankruptcy Judge.
Merchants Bank of California (“MBC”) brought this adversary proceeding against debtor Chai Cho Oh (“Debtor”) under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), 1 523(a)(2)(B) and 523(a)(6). Based on the findings of fact and conclusions of law set forth below, the Court finds that the Debtor’s obligations to MBC are nondisehargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(2)(B). Concurrently herewith, the Court will enter a separate judgment in favor of MBC on its first claim for relief on terms that are…
