Plaintiff, Charles McFall, a longshoreman in the employ of Transoceanic Terminal Corporation, commenced this suit to recover damages for injuries sustained when he was *320overcome by carbon tetrachloride fumes while working aboard the cargo vessel S.S. Stavelot.
