This is an action for damages, alleged to have been 'sustained by -the plaintiff,- on the 18th of October, 1909, in the discharge of his duties as engineer, while in 'the employment of the defendant Atlantic .Coast Line Railroad Company,- through its negligence and wan-tomness.
