1Opinion of the Court

EBEL, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-Appellant Don Eugene Sie-gelman appeals from the district court’s order denying his motion for a new trial and the court’s amended final judgment sentencing him to seventy-eight months in prison. Exercising our jurisdiction under 18 U.S.C. § 3742(a) and 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we hold that the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying Siegelman’s motion for a new trial and did not err in calculating Siegelman’s sentence under the Guidelines. Accordingly, we affirm.
