Appeal from a judgment entered upon verdict for defendants in an action for $75,000 damages for personal injuries.

Plaintiff-appellant, an employee of the Consolidated Electric Co-operative (hereinafter referred to as "REA"), was injured when the explosion of a dynamite charge burst the high-pressure gas pipeline of defendant-respondent, Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "defendant Company").
