Appeal by the defendant from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Golden, J.), rendered December 16, 1986, revoking a sentence of probation previously imposed by the same court upon a finding that he had violated a condition thereof, after a hearing based upon stipulated facts, and imposing an indeterminate term of 1 to 3 years’ imprisonment to run consecutively to any other sentence he is presently serving, upon his previous conviction of attempted burglary in the third degree.
Ordered that the amended judgment is affirmed.
