The only grounds of error pursued by defendant in his brief or argument are that the trial court erred in holding and deciding (1) that the user of the plaintiffs and their predecessors in title was adverse; (2) that it was exclusive, and (3) that the easement could be enlarged during the prescriptive period. The trial court found as a fact that plaintiffs’ user of the premises was both adverse and exclusive.
