The plaintiff-appellant, Frank C. Whit-tington, II (“Frank”), brought this action to enforce his rights as an alleged member of Dragon Group, L.L.C. (“Dragon Group”), a Delaware limited liability company. The defendants-appellees include Frank’s four siblings, all of whom are members of Dragon Group: Thomas D. Whittington, Jr. (“Tom”), Richard Whit-tington (“Richard”), L. Faith Whittington (“Faith”) and Dorothy W. Minotti (“Dorothy”) (collectively, the “Sibling Defendants”).
