This is a suit by Elijah H. Wicker on an insurance policy issued by Ithe Njational Life ■& 'Acjcident insurance Company, upon the life of James N. Wicker, deceased. The policy was issued on the 12th day of December, 1932, and the insured died on the 17th day of April, 1933. The only question at issue in this ease is as to the law applicable to certain provisions of the policy which provide as follows:
