On the' 5th day of December, 1911, William E. Jackson made a written application to become a member of the local camp of the Woodmen of the World at Kenefick, Okla., and was on that day examined, and the application for insurance and medical examination forwarded to the home office of plaintiff in error. On the 14th day of December, 19ll, the medical examination was approved, and the certificate sued on was issued by the proper officers, and sent to the proper officers of the local camp at Kenefick for delivery to the applicant, and was delivered to Jackson on the 29th day…
