Laurent Olivier (“Olivier”), Jeffrey Bowman (“Bowman”), and Aquatic Evolution International, Inc. (“AEI”) (collectively “Appellants”) appeal from an order granting summary judgment in favor of Leonard J. Kaplan (“Kaplan”).
I. Facts and Procedural History
In 2002, Defendants Olivier and Bowman formed AEI for the purpose of developing, manufacturing, and selling aquarium components. Olivier, Bowman, and Kaplan formed O.K. Technologies, L.L.C.
