This appeal brings tip for review the rulings of the Baltimore City Court on appeal from a decision of the State Industrial Accident Commission.
The record contains eleven exceptions. The first two raise the question of the constitutionality of the Act of 1914, Ch. 800, commonly known as the “Workman’s Compensation Law7,” which is alleged to be repugnant to the Constitution of the United States and to the Bill of Rights a,nd Constitution of the State of Maryland.
