Carolantic Realty, Inc. (“plaintiff”) appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion for summary judgment, and the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of The Mateo Group, Inc. (“Mateo”) and CAN-AM Seven Properties, LLC (“CAN-AM”) (collectively “defendants”). We reverse the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants and remand for further proceedings.
