W. H. Haney sued bis wife for a divorce on tbe ground of five years’ separation. On tbe proof of two witnesses, O. B. Riley and A. W. Bealmear, a judgment granting tbe prayer of tbe petition was entered November 25th, 1919. December 2nd, defendant moved tbe court to set aside tbe judgment of divorce on tbe ground of accident and surprise, and because of fraud in tbe obtention of tbe decree, setting up in an affidavit filed in support of tbe motion that ber husband bad admitted to ber that be bad no cause for divorce and bad…
