ORDER RE DEBTORS’ MOTION TO DISMISS

This matter came on for hearing before the undersigned on April 14; 1998 on Debtors’ Motion to Dismiss. Attorney D.J. Smith appeared for Plaintiffs Cambridge Temposi-tions, Inc. and Cornerstone Press, Inc. Attorney Rush Shortley appeared for Debtors/Defendants Joseph and Joyce Cassis.
