ZLAKET, Justice.
The State Bar of Arizona charged respondent, E. Gene Wade, with violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility in effect prior to February 1, 1985. See former Rule 29(a), Ariz.R.Sup.Ct., 17A A.R.S. (Supp.1973-1984).
