This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing a complaint in a jury trial at the end of the plaintiff’s case. The action was brought in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, to recover damages for personal injuries under 46 U.S.C. § 688 (Jones Act) and under the general maritime law of unseaworthiness. Hon. John F. Doo-ling, Jr., granted the defendant appel-lee’s motion for a directed verdict at the close of the plaintiff’s case. We affirm.
