THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon plaintiff Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (“CFTC”) Motion for Order of Contempt Against Defendants and Modification of Order of Preliminary Injunction (“Motion for Contempt”) filed on March 12, 1993. Defendants Commonwealth Financial Group (hereinafter “Commonwealth” or “defendants”) and Charles Paul Hoffecker (hereinafter “Hoffecker” or “defendants”) responded in opposition on April 7, 1993 and the CFTC replied on April 14, 1993.
