Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Franklin County (Main, Jr., J.), rendered November 14, 2000, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

Defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and was sentenced to 180 days in jail and five years’ probation.
