Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Otsego County (Mogavero, Jr., J.), rendered May 4, 1987, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.
In 1982 defendant and her husband, Bruce Shaul, were charged by indictment with numerous counts of forgery and grand larceny. At the time of her indictment, defendant was 18 years old, a high school dropout and the mother of two children by Shaul.
