HURD, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

An Order to Show Cause and Temporary Restraining Order issued on July 24, 2001, enjoining defendants from enforcing a condition of probation against plaintiff Julie Tremper (“Tremper”) that restricts her ability to'have contact with plaintiff DaShawn Johnson (“Johnson”). Plaintiffs seek a preliminary injunction affording them the same relief. Plaintiffs submitted affidavits of Tremper and Johnson in support of their motion.
