This is an employment discrimination action alleging violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), and the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (collectively “ADA”). Pending-before the Court are cross Motions for Summary Judgment, specifically, Plaintiff Jeffrey A.
