OPINION

SHARPNACK, Judge.

George Pfaffenberger, d/b/a Pfaffenber-ger Builders, and Leslie Lake and Country Club, Inc., (collectively, the "Appellants") appeal the trial court's dismissal of their complaint with prejudice. The Appellants raise two issues, which we consolidate and restate as whether the trial court abused its discretion by dismissing their complaint with prejudice as a discovery sanction pursuant to Ind. Trial Rule 37. We affirm.
