East Pikeland Township and Telvil Construction Corporation cross appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County (common pleas), which reversed the decision of the Township’s Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB), and gave specific direction to the Township Board of Supervisors concerning its pending review of Telvil’s land development plan.
