This case involves a boundary line dispute.

Suit was brought in Chancery Court by appellee, Ralph J. Stevens, seeking to enjoin appellant, F. P. Stallcup, from interfering with fences located between the lands of the parties. A temporary restraining order was issued by the court against F. P. Stallcup enjoining him from molesting the fences in question. Appellant, F. P.
