Defendant appeals his convictions for the manufacture, delivery, and possession of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of pseudoephedrine, an ingredient in methamphetamine, and conspiracy to commit those same crimes. Defendant asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgments of acquittal with respect to each of the counts for which he was convicted on the ground that the evidence was too speculative to support the convictions. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
