MEMORANDUM DECISION

WILLIAM F. STONE, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.

The matters before the Court are the Trustee’s Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Exemptions and the Debtor’s Motion to Avoid Judgment Lien. The critical issue posed by these matters is whether the Debtor may claim, under Virginia Code § 34-18, an exemption in the amount of $65,000,1 the entire value of her real property, under the circumstances unique to this case.
